By accessing or using SignPDF.org ("the Service"), or by linking your account to our Telegram Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SignPDF.org provides a digital tool for placing electronic images of signatures onto PDF documents. We utilize AI technology to assist with placement accuracy.

Important Legal Disclaimer: SignPDF.org provides "Simple Electronic Signatures" (SES). We do not guarantee that signatures generated or placed by our Service constitute "Qualified Electronic Signatures" (QES) or "Advanced Electronic Signatures" (AES) under eIDAS (EU) or similar regulations in other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining the legal validity and suitability of this signing method for your specific contracts or documents.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard or Billing Portal. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates third-party rights.
• Sign documents fraudulently or impersonate another person.
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SignPDF.org and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SignPDF.org, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union (GDPR framework) and the local jurisdiction of the Service provider, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
